I wanted to get at least one other system ready, besides working here and there, so I pulled out the trusty Nintendo Gamecube. Grabbed one of my older (but still newer) CRT TV sets, all the cables and controller, and fired up the 'ol GC. As one would expect, it is still working like a champ. I'm not totally decided on games for this year, but there will only be two or three tops. As I found out last year, and from others at the show, one good game will run an entire day. Sad thing is, some really good games just don't work at the show, like shooters for one. Put a good one on any system, and you pretty much end up with a empty chair. Oh well. I've got a few games in mind, possibly even a repeat from last year. You have to go with what works. Now that I think about it, I guess the two games from last year, plus two other games to test the water would work. If the two new games to my area don't pan out, I'll put in the one of the two that did well last year. Thus, at this point, I've two systems up and ready for the show.
