In the middle of my marathon work weekend. Will be trying to get some sleep real soon, but not before I send an email off to someone important to me.
Oh, and I heard this very good song by Anne Nalick on the way to work last night called Breath. Just an outstanding and rather emotional song. I really like it!

Figured I’d get the Saturday post out of the way, as I won’t have much time later today. All I will do today, at best, is think about what to do for the UC ’09 display. I just don’t have the time to work on it today.
On the bright side, which I wish I could enjoy more, is it will be close to 50 degrees today! Melt that snow!
Yup, Friday, and I did not get much done tonight. I did put together what I’ve pulled out of storage over that last few days, but that is about it. And the nasty long weekend is coming up, where I won’t have much free time at all. Sorry, but there won’t be much here the next couple of days.

Not a lot of time today to do anything, but I did a little bit of searching last night, as I got out of school a bit early. In searching, I finally found the //e joystick. Yeah! I also found my old //gs with the small hard drive on the inside! I totally forgot about that one. I may bring that instead of the one with the much bigger external drive. Only thing is, I’m sure the battery is dead, and it is a version 01 gs. Thus I’ll have to put a new battery in, the hard way. Ack!
So when I get some time, probably early next week, I’ll test the joystick and computer. Oh, and the //e disk drives as well that I found (forgot I had a extra set of those too). I really want two //e computers at the show. One for games, and one for some silly (and fun) stuff.
I also need to get some disks made up, so I actually have some games to run at the show. That will be a tad tough too, as I have not done a Internet image to a floppy in years. I will have to follow the instructions, and hope they work!

Zzz… Sometimes sleep is good for you. And that is all I have to say for today.
Not much free time today at all, as hinted at yesterday. I’m off to get some homework done, and a few other non-UC things as well. Maybe another day.
Just another day in the life of a mad mage. Have to study, have a bunch of friends over for a while, then off to the lab (aka – work). Thinking about the show today, but not doing much at all. This may be the case for the next bunch of days, depending on how I can manage my time. Fingers crossed that I get more done.

P.S. Just about two weeks left till the switch to digital TV in the States! No more watching TV in the kitchen anymore, until I get that little 7″ screen replaced.
P.P.S. Oh, and I found my tiny little //c monitor last night. I may use that in the show, but again this depends on doing a few MODs to some systems.
